Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days for delivery, while express shipping provides faster delivery within 5–8 business days. Please note that shipping times begin when the package is dispatched and do not account for any customs clearance or processing delays.
For made-to-order custom pieces, handling times are longer as each item is carefully handcrafted by our artisans, which may result in extended delivery times. In rare instances, delivery could take up to 16–20 business days due to unforeseen circumstances, but such delays are uncommon. During periods of high order volumes, slight delays may occur. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.
To track your order, simply visit the 'Track Order' page on our website, which will direct you to ParcelsApp. Alternatively, you can go directly to ParcelsApp and enter your tracking number there. While Shine Gemz is not affiliated with ParcelsApp, many customers find it to be an efficient tool for tracking their orders. Please be aware that while we strive to provide websites without intrusive ads, we cannot guarantee the websites will not update their platforms. You will never need to pay to track your order—simply avoid clicking on ads or popups. Please note that we are not affiliated with any services requiring payment for tracking and do not profit from such services.
Shine Gemz is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at the time of order or for rejected deliveries. If your order is not delivered due to an incorrect address or is rejected, the responsibility rests with the customer.
Additionally, if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the local logistics company that shipped the package.
