To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations & Adjustments

All cancellations or changes—such as product variants, personalization details, or shipping address—must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. Please note that the request must be submitted within this timeframe, although confirmation from our support team may take 24–48 hours.

Due to our fast order processing, changes requested after 1 hour are not guaranteed. By placing an order, you acknowledge that Shine Gemz is not responsible for any adjustments requested outside this window.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. Damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for compensation. This policy helps us resolve issues promptly and avoid fraudulent claims related to damages.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, personalized items (e.g., engraved products or custom photos) are non-returnable. These are considered made-to-order products and are final sale. However, if your personalized item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to offer a replacement or refund.

Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As with our general return policy, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
